  • Sales / Account Managers will benefit from CMKG's on-line learning programs.  Sales people who want to excel in the industry need to have a fact-based sales approach in their presentations, and understand different data sources and analytics.  There is also a level of expectation at some retailers and in some industries that sales people consider a category management approach.  At minimum, sales people should have a foundational understanding of category management, to add value to their customers.  They should also be able to complete in-depth pricing and promotional analysis to develop strong business plans that maximize the use of weekly sales data and baseline and incremental sales.  CMKG has many different learning programs that match well with the expectations of sales people within different organizations.
